How do YOU feel about the verdict?

So, its time to hear from the 13th juror, namely you. I have included a poll that has some general answers – if one fits your primary opinion, select it.

If you do not find one that sums up your best opinion – fill in the blank.

Thanks to all of you who have been visiting this blog.

Again, this is our legal system – with all its bumps in the road.

  1. If the state had charged her with neglect and abuse of a corpse they may have got a conviction

    • John, I agree entirely. Their obsession with making this the trial of the century with the death sentence thrown in was their biggest mistake. Overzealous individuals blew this case, from the FBI, the Sheriffs Department, and the prosecution.

    • John, I agree with you entirely. Their overzealous effort to nail her on first degree murder was over the top. If they focused on lesser charges they might have been successful.

      • I so agree with you and John. I also deeply believe there were more individuals involved in Caylees death from the onset. Again , it is what it is. Simply put , what goes around comes around

        • Well said Joanna, I have said for days, well before closing arguements that I think George was involved in a coverup. Casey is too young and too self-centered to cover up an accidental death or a murder by herself. He was the cop and he had the skill set to be “The Cleaner”.

  2. Juries are human and therefore fallible, and sometimes they convict an innocent man and set free a murderer. This case proves the point.
